This is the current state of the semi-circle – it looks a bit like a cream cake – with lots of jam…

There will be a few more layers of stranding, then a knitted on border.
Yesterday we walked along the Glenmacnass river to a boggy mountain top – here’s Mini sitting on a peat hag -
